簡要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：將糧庫西側圍墻臨近5根高壓電線桿及3根路燈桿等其他附屬設施通過搬遷集并的方式，使通車輔道上從糧庫南側圍墻至大門路段不再有高壓電線桿阻礙通行。優化后，原高壓電線桿阻擋糧庫大門進出的困難能夠消除阻礙運糧車安全轉彎的情況得以改善、且增加緊急情況下臨時蓄車的可能。

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目（是）專門面向中小企 業采購；
（2）監獄企業、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2. Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: (1) Supporting policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises; (2) Prison enterprises and welfare units for disabled persons shall be treated as small and micro enterprises.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1） 供應商必須是中國境內注冊的獨立法人、其他組織；
2） 投標人應具有行業主管部門頒發的電力工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質，并在人員、
設備、財務等方面具有相應的施工能力；
