（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B．本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)是投標(biāo)貨物的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司）。如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷售工作。Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods,including the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid goods. （2）資質(zhì)要求Qualification requirement:投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商須取得覆蓋本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品等級(jí)且有效的《特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書》。The manufacturer of the bid product shall obtain a valid Special Equipment Type Test Certificate covering the grade of the bid product.
