簡要規則描述：為進一步提升河道面貌，改善生活環境，對居民區附近的兩條河道鹽船港（川周公路-康新公路）、姚家宅河（康恩路-康達路）進行亮化工程，主要工作內容包括：投樹燈、龜背燈、草坪燈、庭院燈等燈具安裝；配電箱安裝；配套電纜、配管敷設等。（具體數量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description: To further enhance the appearance of the river and improve the living environment, lighting projects will be carried out on two nearby river channels, Yanchuan Port (Chuanzhou Highway Kangxin Highway) and Yaojiazhai River (Kangen Road Kangda Road), including the installation of tree lamps, turtle back lamps, lawn lamps, courtyard lamps, and other lighting fixtures; Installation of distribution box; Installation of supporting cables, piping, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)
