簡要規則描述：①編制物流1#等14個排水分區的海綿城市建設系統方案，綜合統籌排水片區內源頭、過程、系統的各個環節，統籌優化各項目的邊界和所起作用，協調綠色和灰色各種工程措施，系統推進海綿城市建設，突出建設的連片效應。系統方案覆蓋面積35.68 km2。②開展2024年度海綿城市建設達標面積自評估工作，編制達標評估報告。
Brief Specification Description: ① Develop a sponge city construction system plan for 14 drainage zones including Logistics 1 #, comprehensively coordinate the various links of the source, process, and system within the drainage zone, optimize the boundaries and roles of each project, coordinate various green and grey engineering measures, systematically promote sponge city construction, and highlight the contiguous effect of construction. The system scheme covers an area of 35.68 km2 Carry out self-assessment of the standard area for sponge city construction in 2024 and prepare a standard assessment report.

合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至2025年6月30日。
