The maintenance content includes river patrol inspection, embankment protection maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, public greening maintenance, water and land cleaning, river guardrail, signage and other ancillary facilities maintenance, and assessment according to the maintenance effect.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：促進中小企業發展、促進殘疾人就業。根據《政府采購促進中小企業發展管理辦法》（財庫[2020]46號）及《關于進一步加大政府采購支持中小企業力度的通知》〔2022〕19號規定執行。
