1. 中招國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限公司（招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)）受北方華錦聯(lián)合石化有限公司（招標(biāo)人）委托，以國(guó)際招標(biāo)方式邀請(qǐng)潛在投標(biāo)人就下列貨物和有關(guān)服務(wù)提交密封投標(biāo)：
Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation(Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:
范圍：500萬(wàn)噸/年渣油加氫裝置和370萬(wàn)噸/年柴油加氫裂化裝置（含70萬(wàn)噸年輕石正異構(gòu)分離單元）高壓浮筒液位計(jì)。
數(shù)量：28臺(tái)。
Scope: 5 million ton / year slag oil hydrogenation unit and 3.7 million ton / year diesel oil hydrocracking unit (including 700,000-ton young stone normal heterogeneous separation unit) high pressure buoy level meter. Quantity: 28 units
2. （有興趣或被邀請(qǐng)）的潛在投標(biāo)人可從中招國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限公司得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件。
Potential bidders (who are interested in or invited) can obtain further information and access to the bidding documents from China Cntc International Tendering Corporation
3. 對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投標(biāo)人具有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證明文件（境外投標(biāo)人），需提供相應(yīng)證明復(fù)印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2）本項(xiàng)目不接受代理商投標(biāo)；
This project does not accept agent bidding；
3）自2014年7月1日至投標(biāo)文件遞交截止時(shí)間前7日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投高壓浮筒液位計(jì)在中國(guó)境內(nèi)同時(shí)具有渣油加氫（或渣油加氫裂化）裝置供貨業(yè)績(jī)（至少含1臺(tái)壓力等級(jí)不低于CL1500）和柴油加氫（或柴油加氫裂化）裝置供貨業(yè)績(jī)（至少含1臺(tái)壓力等級(jí)不低于CL900）。
注：須提供供貨業(yè)績(jī)合同的掃描件（含雙方蓋章、項(xiàng)目名稱、貨物名稱、供貨數(shù)量、簽訂日期）和簽字版技術(shù)協(xié)議的掃描件（應(yīng)體現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目名稱、裝置、供貨清單）等證明文件，未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，則視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
